Quality assurance and customer service are top priority for TWD Fibres GmbH.
In our excellently equipped technological laboratory we conduct yarn and fabric analyses for our customers and provide answers to central questions of application technology and to product-related questions.
Colorimetric analysis makes it possible to create virtually any colour according to the customer’s specifications.
The high quality level of our yarns is ensured by ongoing quality control.

ISO 9001:2000
The satisfaction of our customers is our prime objective. We work within a process-oriented management system based on ISO 9001:2000.
An important element of this is reliable collaboration with customers and suppliers together with ongoing improvement of our products and production processes.

In our efforts to measure up to our great responsibility towards the environment the continuous improvement of our processes forms an important part of our business activities.
The emphasis here lies on the observance of legal regulations and the minimisation of environmental pollution by employing environmentally friendly production processes.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100
Our yarns are re-certified every year by an independent institute according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class I (Baby Products), providing documented proof of their environmental compatibility.
