• 1959 Foundation of TWD Fibres GmbH GmbH by Heinrich Kunert
  
  
• 1964 Move to new production plant in Seebach, near Deggendorf
  
  
• 1975 Commissioning of filament spinning works for Polyamide 6.6 & Polyester
  
  
• In the following years expansion of spinning capacities and installation of corresponding texturising capacities
  
  
• 2002 Production start-up of the latest polyamide spinning plant
  
  
• In May 2005 the newly formed TWD Fibres GmbH became part of the Daun Group
